“By Reaching out, far more comes back than you can imagine”

Christopher Reeve

I started InReach Therapy Bristol, because I too have struggled with this being human. Like you, I am an expert by experience, and know that it takes courage to reach out. I also know, that at times, such courage has liberated me.

I live and practice in South Bristol (Whitchurch) in close proximity to Bath, Wells, Chew Valley and the surrounding area. From June 2026 I am also working in Clifton Village as well as online so that I can reach as many people as possible.

I am registered with The National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) as a Hypnotherapist, with master’s level Certification in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy CHP(NC), from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP). Registered currently as a trainee with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I am working towards full UKCP registration as an Integrative Psychotherapist (master’s level).

I will bring to your therapy over 20 years experience, working with: addictive patterns, mental health issues, trauma, significant life challenges, supporting transition and change. I have had training and experience in a range of psychotherapeutic approaches/methodologies, including: Hypnosis; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Working with parts, e.g., Internal Family Systems (IFS); Gestalt; Somatic (mind/body) therapy; trauma therapy including Eye Movement Reprocessing, Inner Child, narrative and Dream work approaches.

I work in a person- centred way, building the therapy together, borrowing creatively as needed from wherever feels important and most natural to you.
